  • What happens after I purchase?
    After payment, kindly send your Invoice number or POP, along with your reference photo to info@equinoxcreators.co.za. We will then keep in contact with you regarding any questions or information we need, as well as the timeline and delivery date.
  • Do you print?
    We print the items and send them to you. Prices for printing and courier are excluding the prices listed on the website. Should you require us to print and courier, kindly mail us your order number, with the size of your print and your full address. We'll then send you an invoice for the print and courier.
  • What if I want to print it myself?
    If you would like to print the digital items yourself, you're more than welcome to. Once we send you the final artwork, we also send you an email with some paper recommendations that would make your print feel expensive and valuable.
  • How does courier work?
    Should you wish to have the artwork printed through us, we require you to send us your full address for courier. We will send you an invoice for the print and courier. Please note, no items are sent without payment. We have standard printing costs, but the courier cost varies depending on where you're located. We work out this price once we have your address. Please allow for 2 extra business days to your final timeline when printing. Please note, we courier on weekdays, thus your address will have to be adjusted to where you're located in the week.
  • How long does my commission take?
    The more complicated the artwork, the longer the wait. The standard waiting time is 2 business days for plain line sketches. Any colour sketches can take up to 7 days. Once we've received your order, we will confirm the timeline with you via mail. If you have an urgent order, you're more than welcome to mail us with details of the order.
